Refund policy

Brookies Boutique has a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. NO EXCEPTIONS.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, with tags, and in its original packaging or defective merchandise for a store credit. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

The cost of return shipping label, $8.95 for any number of items, will be deducted from your store credit (Brookies Boutique gift card) You can place multiple return orders into one package to return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Brookies Boutique PO Box 402 Plainfield, IL 60544

Damages - Brookies Boutique is not liable for any products lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. Will need to file claim with carrier. Email us for help.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately or within 3 days of receiving package.  Please let us know if its defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide picture of defect. 

  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
  • The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. These situations are not considered defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
Brookies Boutique does not offer exchanges. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
