Thank you for visiting and shopping with Brookies Boutique. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.
Domestic shipping Policy - Standard shipping (5-8 business days)
We currently only ship to the United Stares.
Shipment processing time - All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates - shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
-Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays or customs processing.
We do not cover the costs of duties and taxes on our end, This is the responsibility of the customer on their region.
Order tracking - Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package on our website or through the carrier’s website.
Damages - Brookies Boutique is not liable for any products lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. Will need to file claim with carrier. Email us for help.
Incorrect Address- If an incorrect shipping address is provided, Brookies Boutique is not responsible for the misdelivery of orders. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the address provided is accurate and complete. If you notice the address provided is incorrect please contact us as soon as possible and if your order has not yet been mailed out we will gladly switch it to the correct address.
